At Secundo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Secundo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, assembly hardware, and instruction manuals included to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
